We are looking for:
HR Administrator Intern
This role involves supporting HR operations with administrative and technical tasks, including payroll processing, preparation and administer of HR / Employment documents and maintaining both physical and SAP digital employee personal files.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Performing regular support with the HR Management to all Personnel Policies and Files, Personnel Action Forms, and employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Preparation of a wide range of HR documentation, including employment contracts, annexes, and termination letters.
- Maintenance of Employee Master Data Files and Training Records Files in SAP Success Factor and other internal / external platforms.
- Supporting administration of payroll processes, ensure accurate inputs of time and attendance, salaries, deductions, and benefits while adhering to legal compliance and organizational policies.
- Supporting payroll-related inquiries and coordinating with external payroll provider as needed.
- Supporting preparation of all necessary reports related to HC, analyses, trends, turnover, absence, and training metrics.
- Supporting HR priority projects with any administrative activity, including updating relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines.
Requirements:
- Relevant University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, keep confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or internships in HR, finance, or related areas is a plus.
