We are looking for:
HR Intern to support our training department in everyday duties.
Tasks
The HR Intern will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to the preparation, organization and design of trainings/workshops/events
- Get to know the process of qualifications of employees, through work in the HR information system
- Participate in HR analytics tasks
- Update internal databases with employee information
- Organize digital and paper files related to training
- Support in creating training course schedules and training timetables in HRIS
- Support in creation of HR questionnaires, their distribution and analyses

Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree student
- MS Office
- Fluency in English language
- Motivation for learning and continuous development
- Openness to work with people
- Communication and self-organization skills
- Participation in daily activities in a dynamic work environment
