HR & Internal Communications Assistant - Internship
Job Description
- Work closely with the HR Manager, providing administrative and organizational support
- Support administrative processes related to documentation management and filing
- Assist in HR research, data analysis, and preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the planning and implementation of HR projects and events (e.g., workshops, conferences)
- In cooperation with Internal Communication Specialist you will create and distribute engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, emails, and internal platforms
- Support the organization and execution of events and activities for employees, such as visits, employee engagement initiatives
- Supporting Employer Branding iniciatives and events
Qualification
- Student or graduate in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Social Sciences or related fields
- Business proficiency in English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Basic understanding of overall HR processes
- Internship done within HR, or similar previous practical experience (would be a plus but not required)
- Charismatic team player, with eagerness to learn and further develop within the HR area
