Your Tasks:
- Prepare and maintain production documentation (work instructions, PPS, maintenance documentation)
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve product defects
- Support training of new employees on the line, including development of training materials and evaluations
- Collect and analyze data related to scrap rates and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Provide production-related support to the electronics manufacturing team
- Ensure smooth series production through first-level technical support
Your Profile:
- Undergraduate or Master’s student in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Faculty of Electrical Engineering)
- Systematic, analytical, and well-organized approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in the automotive industry
- Fluent in English
