JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the maintenance and operation of software applications and hardware equipment
- Support the installation and patching of operating systems (client)
- Monitoring IT Infrastructure
- Maintain standard client devices
- Resolve and report minor IT incidents using a ticketing application
QUALIFICATIONS
- Final year or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
- Team spirit, commitment, willingness to work in a service-oriented team
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of MS-Office programs
