Job Description
- Support colleagues during the maintenance of services/products/solutions based on clear directions coming from management and global teams
- Support for first and second level users in the given domain
- Support during the communication of more complex third-level support problems in a given domain
- Analysis of the system with the aim of improving and eliminating user problems
- Escalation of problems to higher instances in the given domain
- Communication with different organizations and teams with the aim of finding problems and coordinating them until they are solved
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of organization
- Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
