BizLink Technology SRB is looking for an

Intern in Plant Purchasing Department

Scope of tasks and objectives

• Provides support for activities related to purchasing of direct materials (starting from initial quote collection from suppliers for new direct materials, tol regular ordering through SAP);
• Preparing and following-up on all reports on department level;
• Daily follow up of needs of serial production in SAP, timely ordering of materials from assigned suppliers and follow up until the point of receipt to warehouse;
• Maintaining correct data in SAP for all materials and suppliers of the whole team
• Collecting necessary documentation and certificates where needed
• Collaborates with Production, Production planning, Customer service, warehouse and other departments, with support and as instructed by MRP Operations Specialist and Production Planning Specialist, in order  to develop new processes, challenge current practices, and effectively manages change;

Technical details on internship:

• Duration: 6 months maximum; a full-time internship (8hrs a day, 5 days a week)
• Engagement hours: 08:00 - 16:00
• Location: Production facility in Prokuplje
• Planned start date: mid June 2024, i.e. upon completion of selection process
• Expenses we cover: monthly remuneration, monthly public transport ticket

Requirements:

Your profile could be a good fit if it meets the following requirements:

• Final year at university or have graduated within the last two years preferably from Faculty of Economics or some technical faculty
• Self-driven, organized and proactive;
• Good organizational skills and time management;
• Have strong motivation to be involved in this internship program;
• Have a good command of and a good knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides);
• Engagement in extracurricular activities and/or volunteering work would be perceived as an advantage
