Job Description
- Entering data into the electronic invoicing system
- Supporting colleagues with manual invoice creation
- Preparing reports on incoming and outgoing invoices after VAT filing
- Organizing documentation for audit purposes
- Assisting colleagues with document archiving
- Working in SAP
- Maintaining customs records related to dispatch and customs clearance dates.
Qualifications
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Economics or a related field
- Proficient in computer use (Outlook, Excel)
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
