What You'll Do

Coordinate and monitor service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution and proper routing
Collaborate with automation team to design, build, and test Power Automate workflows
Collaborate with AI and Automation team to Copilot Studio agents to support business users across departments
Assist in the documentation of automation processes, including user guides and technical specs
Research and implement new features for Microsoft Power Platform.
Help evaluate the impact and performance of automation solutions
Participate in team meetings and agile planning sessions

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform – Power Automate experience preferred
Interest or familiarity with Copilot Studio, conversational agents, or chatbots
Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for process automation
Good communication skills and a team player attitude
Fluent in English
