JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Intern Consultant, you will be involved in supporting consulting projects that focus on regulatory and methodological aspects of the financial industry, mainly banking. Your responsibilities will include helping to develop tailored solutions that meet both regulatory and business needs for our clients. You will also engage in researching best practices in governance, risk management, finance, processes, and compliance in financial institutions. Additionally, the role will include performing analysis and documenting main processes within banks which are important for their functioning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Near graduate student (final year of studies) or Bachelor/Master in Finance, Economics, Organizational Science, Accounting, Management, Statistics or related fields
- Eager to expand knowledge and expertise across various areas of the financial services industry, as well as ability to absorb new concepts quickly
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Team player who can take the initiative and ownership of tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in execution of consulting projects focused on regulatory and methodological aspects of the financial institutions' (mainly banking) business
- Assist in delivering customized solutions to our clients to fulfil regulatory and business requirements
- Research financial institutions' leading practices related to governance, risk, processes and compliance
- Performing analysis and documentation of business processes
- Provide timely, comprehensive and accurate information in both written and verbal communications
- Assist in preparation of pre-sales materials and client proposals
