Internship in Facility Management and Health & Safety Administration
Job Description
- Support in FCM\Security services activities (access control, creation of ID and external cards and training)
- Administration of HSE (Health and Safety) procedures, supporting documentation, creation and updating of HSE communication channels (Docupedia)
- Support in HSE trainings, administration of documentation for official cars
- Assistance in coordinates regular facility maintenance (breakdowns, hygiene, restaurant)
- Creation of purchase orders, FCM training, creation and maintenance of the FCM Docupedia page
- Assistance with onboarding training, recording and issuing mechanical keys to employees
- Administration of documentation for company cars
Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in a technical or business-related field (e.g. Engineering, Management, or Business Administration)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- English language proficiency, both written and spoken
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
