Internship position: Logistics Planner
We are looking for:
- A student in the final years of undergraduate or master's studies in economics or technical faculties, preferably with a focus on transport, logistics, or related fields
- Someone eager to learn about supply chain, production planning, and logistics processes in a real manufacturing environment
- A detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong organizational and analytical thinking skills
- A team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to take initiative
What you will learn and experience:
- Daily order management: Observe how customer orders are reviewed and tracked every day, gaining insight into demand-fluctuation analysis.
- Outbound transport coordination: Shadow the team while they organize regular and special shipments from the factory to customers and see how transport costs are projected.
- Export customs clearance: Get introduced to export-clearance procedures and required documentation.
- Production planning: Participate in creating long-, medium-, and short-term production plans after checking material and packaging availability.
- Change-management planning: Experience real-time adjustment of production schedules in response to daily changes.
- Supply-chain parameters: Learn how input materials and returnable-packaging requirements are planned with suppliers.
- Inbound logistics: Observe the arrangement of incoming transports under various Incoterms and assist in preparing cost projections.
- Inventory optimization: See how inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods are monitored and optimized.
- Warehouse processes: Follow material traceability from inbound receipt to outbound dispatch, gaining a solid overview of warehouse transactions.
Our requirements:
- A student in the final year of undergraduate studies or currently enrolled in a master’s program in technical or economic sciences, preferably with a focus on transport, logistics, or supply chain management
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Proficient in MS Office
