An established, multi - family office located in Zurich, Switzerland with a strong focus on international clientele is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Junior Corporate Administrator. This role will support our group member in Serbia, as well as teams in Cyprus and Switzerland. We are seeking a graduate with no experience or up to 2 years of experience who is eager to learn and improve.

Responsibilities
- Executing entries in CRM software
- Providing general administrative support/corporate filing of documents
- Assisting with HR tasks
Required Qualifications / Knowledge
- Holder of University degree in Business Administration/ Finance or related field and/or currently studying towards relevant professional qualification
- Initial administrative experience is desired
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office programs)
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)
- Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
