Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Financial Assistant to join our team. As a Financial Assistant, you will be part of ButterflyMX Collections team and your main responsibilities will be reviewing invoices as well as contacting customers to collect outstanding payments.
Working hours: 1-9 pm

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments
- Promptly responding to client's emails with professionalism and accuracy
- Support timely debt payments and resolve billing issues
- Assist in other AR / billing tasks
- Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Good command of the English language
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel- vlookup, pivot table)
- Patience and ability to manage high volume of customer requests
Bonus points for:
- Previous experience in Finance or Accounting roles
- Familiarity with accounting softwares and billing and collections procedures
