As a Junior Fleet Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, prevent, and resolve fleet malfunctions
- Ensure fleet safety, cost-efficiency, and proper maintenance
- Perform regular servicing and minor repairs
- Assist with minor roadside breakdowns and provide quick solutions
- Coordinate with service centers and suppliers for repairs and parts
- Collaborate with dispatch and management to resolve operational issues
- Manage breakdowns, accidents, and towing services
- Support drivers with accommodations, transportation, and urgent needs
- Analyze and report on damages, repairs, and maintenance costs
Qualifications & Skills
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills, especially under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
