Junior Process Engineer Internship
Department: Process Engineering Kovin
Responsibilities
- Support monitoring, analysis, and improvement of production processes with focus on quality, efficiency, and process stability.
- Participate in local process improvement, validation, equipment, and new technology implementation projects.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and SMEs to collect data, support solving process issues, and daily operations.
- Develop technical and Lean skills through shop floor involvement, documentation updates, training support, and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Recently graduated with a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong sense of personal accountability.
- Ability to contribute to team success.
