Job title: Junior Quality Planner
Location: Čačak, Serbia
Job Description:
- Participate in team for selecting and specifying measuring and testing equipment or devices.
- Participate in conceptual design of checking fixtures/gauges.
- Partake in creation of inspection instructions including documentation of the complete inspection process and estimation of process times.
- Use strategic quality management to support our (key-) customers.
- Check existing test procedures for improvement potential and optimize them.
- Make suggestions for the test-oriented design of components.
- Supporting design and production planning in quality-oriented design.
- Structured problem solving in case of customer issues based on QM methods.
- Participate and contribute to the quality planning team.
- Evaluate test results and initiate corrective measures.
- Interface to the business unit for new launches and special processes.
- Instruct employees assigned to testing duties and assist with problem situations.
- Implements preventive quality assurance measures and zero failure strategies.
- Prepare information on the current status of production data relevant to quality (e.g. failure rates, rework, costs) and evaluate it in terms of cause.
- Responsible for SAP database creation and maintenance (e.g. Material Master data, BOM).
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in engineering or similar technical field – will be considered as an advantage..
- 1 + years of working experience as quality planner in automotive industry – will be considered as an advantage.
- High customer orientation and willingness to take over responsibility.
- Knowledge about quality management tools, methodologies and standards – will be considered as an advantage
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Problem-solving skills and structured way of thinking
- Knowledge about GPS Standards and GD&T will be considered as an advantage.
- University graduates with no prior working experiences are also invited to apply for the job role
- Fluency in English (written and oral) min B2/C1, is necessary.
- Good communication skills as well as a confident and competent manner.
