Are you a recent graduate or finishing up your studies? Ready to launch your career in tech and sales? We’re looking for motivated interns to join our Sales team for a 6-month paid internship - with the possibility of extension or full-time employment.
Mitto is a global tech company helping brands connect with their users through SMS, chat apps, and conversational tools - all via our Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS). Don’t worry if that sounds unfamiliar - you’ll learn everything with us!
Your role:
As a Junior Sales Development Representative Intern, you’ll support our Sales team by researching new markets, identifying leads, and managing data in Salesforce. You’ll learn how a modern SaaS sales team works and gain valuable hands-on experience.
Your tasks will include:
- researching companies, industries, and key decision-makers;
- gathering and organizing data using tools like LinkedIn and Salesforce;
- keeping Salesforce up to date (leads, contacts, accounts);
- identifying new target accounts aligned with our product offering;
- following market trends and supporting content creation.
What we're looking for:
- recent graduate or final-year student (economics, business, marketing, political/social sciences, linguistics, or similar);
- fluent in English (spoken and written);
- knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
- confident with computers and tools like MS Office;
- team player with good organizational and research skills;
- available to work in a hybrid setup (from home and in our Belgrade office).
