Just graduated with a degree in IT, physics, or mathematics and ready to begin your journey in tech? Want to support real-world systems for top financial institutions and dive into the world of digital payments? Join our internship program and become part of a company that supports mission-critical software for the global fintech industry.
We are the developers of Way4 – a powerful and flexible digital payment platform used by banks, fintechs, and telecoms in over 100 countries. You’ll be involved in technical support the platform for our international clients – from request analysis and troubleshooting to configuration advice and customer communication.
You’ll also get to work in a truly international environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients from all over the world.
During your internship, you will:
- Go through hands-on training at our internal Engineering Academy
- Learn about the payment systems industry and our product – Way4
- Gain essential skills in technical support, client communication, and problem resolution
- You'll be working on a real commercial project in a team
After successful completion of the internship, you will:
- Handle real client requests: assess, analyze, and troubleshoot issues within Way4 modules
- Support client operations when bugs or system issues arise
- Communicate with IT professionals on the client side (engineers, DBAs, IT managers)
- Reproduce reported bugs and analyze Way4 code to identify root causes
- Deliver solutions via workarounds, hotfixes, or configuration adjustments
- Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Apply if this is about you:
- You have university degree in IT, mathematics or physics
- Have a basic understanding of DBMS, PL/SQL, and SQL
- Have basic knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP
- Are fluent in English (mandatory for working in our international team)
