Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and perform preventive maintenance on servers and systems
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure
- Administer operating systems and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide first-line Help Desk support to employees
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of systems and procedures
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and IT infrastructure
- Willingness to learn about virtualization platforms
- Interest in information security principles and best practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Fluency in both Serbian and English
