What we will expect from you:

Help us understand what the business needs are, and translate them into IT solutions
Work with experienced IT experts and architects to shape solutions that actually work
Take part in discussions on how to improve existing systems and processes
Learn how architecture is documented (diagrams, decisions, system flows)
Collaborate with different teams — and see how everything connects end-to-end

For a good start you will need:

University degree – or final year of university in IT / Telecom / Computer Science
Fluent English skills
Curiosity to understand how IT systems work behind the scenes
Confidence to ask questions and take initiative
Being a team player who communicates well
Good organizational habits (or trying hard to become organized :))
Ability to handle several tasks without panicking
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment — with support and mentorship
