Want to understand how real IT systems are designed in a large telecom company — and actually work on meaningful projects (not just Power Points)?

Join us as an IT Solution Analyst Intern and get hands-on experience with real business challenges, modern systems, and a team that will mentor you properly.

What we will expect from you:

  • Help us understand what the business needs are, and translate them into IT solutions
  • Work with experienced IT experts and architects to shape solutions that actually work
  • Take part in discussions on how to improve existing systems and processes
  • Learn how architecture is documented (diagrams, decisions, system flows)
  • Collaborate with different teams — and see how everything connects end-to-end

For a good start you will need:

  • University degree – or final year of university in IT / Telecom / Computer Science
  • Fluent English skills
  • Curiosity to understand how IT systems work behind the scenes
  • Confidence to ask questions and take initiative
  • Being a team player who communicates well
  • Good organizational habits (or trying hard to become organized :))
  • Ability to handle several tasks without panicking
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment — with support and mentorship
