What we will expect from you:

  • Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR administrators with hiring and employment data.
  • Counsel the candidates on company benefits, salary, and work environment.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Participate in job fairs and employer branding initiatives with a special focus on Yettel Youth Program.

For a good start, you will need:

  • Final year or University degree in Social sciences (preferably)
  • Strong communication skills and people touch
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • To be a strong team player, well organized, and structured
