Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Operation Support Team Leader in the successful and efficient operation of all aspects of the departments operation including the coordination with other departments and directors;
- Accounting;
- Contract administration and other requirements
- Contract creation;
- SIM replacement;
- Correction of errors within contract activation process (business customers only), if needed-manual activation of contracts;
- Act as a liaison with internal departments;
- Initial/online business customers checks according to a defined procedure and consultation with relevant stakeholder if necessary
- Following the trends and creating reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly level
- Bringing new creative ideas to positively impact on the team and the customer experience
For a good start, you will need:
- High school degree / college degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to make decisions and solve problems
- Personal commitment to providing quality products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with different audiences and high level of business understanding
