What we will expect from you:
- Performe operational tasks, mission-critical activities and department processes regarding Car Fleet, Services activities etc.
- Department and Team costs follow-up using internal financial system and provide all necessary financial and non-financial reports
- Register internal documentation
- Place and follow up all departmental decisions and contracts
- Fully autonomous operational work in administration process
- Ensure that tasks and initiatives are delivered on time, and with highest quality
For a good start you will need:
- Bachelor or master
- Analytical skills
- Fluency in English language
- Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point,Sharepoint)
- Self-organized personality
- Team-player skills with ability to work through others, collaborate cross-functionally
- Proactiveness with “can do” attitude
- Integrity, trustworthiness, dedication and hardworking
