Brose is the largest privately owned German company in the supplier industry. Every third new car is equipped with at least one Brose product. The mechatronics specialist develops and manufactures systems for vehicle doors, liftgates and seats. Brose also produces electric motors from 200 watts to 14 kilowatts for various applications such as steering, thermal management or drives for e-scooters. The family-owned company employs approximately 31,000 people at 68 locations in 24 countries. 

We are currently looking for an intern to join our team in Pančevo in the role of Lean engineer.

Your tasks:

  • Support the development, documentation, and publication of Lean standards and methods
  • Assist in the organization and facilitation of Lean workshops and improvement initiatives
  • Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, including tracking progress and documenting results
  • Perform process confirmations (Gemba checks) and monitor relevant process performance indicators
  • Assist in the administration, maintenance, and improvement of digital systems and tools

Your Profile:

  • Student in the final years of a Technical, Engineering, or Organizational studies program
  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in process improvement and operational excellence
  • Basic understanding of Lean principles, methods, and tools
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access, PowerApps, Forms, or Power BI is considered an advantage
