We are currently looking for an intern to join our team in Pančevo in the role of Lean engineer.
Your tasks:
- Support the development, documentation, and publication of Lean standards and methods
- Assist in the organization and facilitation of Lean workshops and improvement initiatives
- Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, including tracking progress and documenting results
- Perform process confirmations (Gemba checks) and monitor relevant process performance indicators
- Assist in the administration, maintenance, and improvement of digital systems and tools
Your Profile:
- Student in the final years of a Technical, Engineering, or Organizational studies program
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in process improvement and operational excellence
- Basic understanding of Lean principles, methods, and tools
- Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, PowerApps, Forms, or Power BI is considered an advantage
