Position outline – Trucking Brokerage:

Working hours aligned with the 2nd shift
Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in internal systems
Utilizing GPS, phone, and email communication to support daily operations
Building and maintaining strong carrier relationships to meet customer needs
Ensuring effective communication and coordination between customers and clients
Supporting day-to-day operational tasks as assigned by the manager
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Demonstrating initiative, with a strong willingness to learn and grow

Required skills:

Valid right to work in Serbia without restrictions
Fluent English (clear and confident communication is essential; accents and dialects are not a barrier)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional approach
Persistent, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
