The worldwide leading engineering consulting service provider of customer-specific solutions in a variety of industries including railway, aerospace, defense, automotive, heavy equipment & machinery, energy & utilities, appliance manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), electronics, batteries & semiconductors is currently hiring for an opening position in Belgrade. We are essitec – our core business is maintenance and realibility engineering and our mission is to provide essentical changes to our customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Predict, track and demonstrate the life-cycle cost (LCC) and reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) metrics of our assets.
- Creation of risk, FTAs, FMECA, reliability and availability (RAM) analysis and optimization of maintenance plans.
- Definition of maintenance concepts, maintenance infrastructure and other maintenance requirements.
- Dealing with the topic of Supply Chain Management (SCM), strategic and operational planning of procurement and inventory in order to achieve maximum availability of the assets with minimum costs.
- Digitalization of processes in coordination with the fleet management and product development.
- Evaluation of field experience for the validation of maintenance analysis. Accompanying and implementing the RAM/LCC requirements within our projects worldwide (Europe, America, Africa, Middle East etc.).
Your Profile
- You have a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent) in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or similar). Relevant professional experience is desirable, however, juniors are also welcome to apply for this position.
- Knowledge of some of up-to-date engineering tools and methods such as Root Cause Analysis, CAD/CAM programs, Ansys FEA Analysis, EPLAN or similar
- Advanced technical know-how in the area of maintenance and realiablity engineering (preferably) or production technologies
- Experience in the rolling stock (railway industry) is a clear advantage since your projects will be mostly related to the railway industry (metros, high-speed, inter city rail etc.)
