Manufacturing Lead Plant Intern
Job Description
- Assist in the planning of production, testing, sampling (work steps, workflow, production facilities, measurements, data collection and time allocation)
- Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions, technical specification, department reports
- Cooperation with other departments regarding the quality, procurement, or technical department
- Support in problem-solving and continuous improvements of manufacturing efficiency
- Assist in equipment modifications to improve productivity and product quality
- Support with time schedules and production plans
- Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in production and target achievements
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy or similar field of study
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Fundamental knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of LEAN methodology and tools is considered an advantage
- Proactive and structured work
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
