Job Description
- Collecting documentation for local certificates of conformity for new products, tracking validity of existing ones, and managing renewals.
- Creating PowerPoint visuals for local campaigns and promotions.
- Assisting with monthly price list updates and formatting for distributors.
- Maintaining EXTRANET/B2B portals (uploading price lists, promotions, etc.).
- Supporting back-office tasks (e.g., activating/deactivating customers, creating profiles) and managing recommended prices in the P13 system.
- Assisting with localization of marketing materials, translations, print prep, and procurement.
- Helping with digital content creation, social media monitoring, and online market analysis.
- Assisting with roadshows and events preparation.
- Assisting with other related MKT tasks.
Qualification
- Strong communication skills, with a structured and well-organized approach to work
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with advanced features is a plus
- High level of motivation and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
