Department: Tooling Department (within the Production Department)

Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing tooling processes and supporting daily production needs.
• Help monitor tool performance and prepare basic reports or recommendations.
• Support evaluations of tooling improvements related to quality and efficiency.
• Assist in preparing documentation, proposals, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong foundation in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized in daily work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Positive, flexible, and open to change.
