Mobility Aftermarket Sales Department Intern
Job Description
- Providing technical support to sales/marketing personnel
- First-level evaluation of customer warranty claims (technical and commercial)
- Handling of old-core products belonging to Bosch eXchange program
- Translation of marketing materials and product manuals
- Administration of processes connected with technical trainings
- Ad-hoc on-site support for repairs, installations, and warranty checks
- Providing support for different sales team activities
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or last year student of Technical Faculty or similar
- Strong organizational and communication skills and follow-up ability
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with focus on MS Excel
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
- Category B driving license with clean record
