Job Description
► You'll support colleagues in travel booking arrangements, using companies' portals inducing flights, hotels, insurance, rent-a-car, travel evidence
► You'll support ordering process: via Bosch purchasing systems (office material, incentives, team-building events etc.) including communications with vendors and follow up
► You'll support maintenance of pages and documents of department, internally but also externally, including documents, blogs, updates, social networks
► You'll support On-boarding of new colleagues of the Department
► You'll support with providing answers to miscellaneous questions from colleagues
► You'll provide ongoing administrative and organizational support to the Group Leader, Team Leaders and employees
Qualifications
► Experience in administration topics
► Proficiency in MS Office
► Fast comprehension and flexibility to quickly learn new topic
► Organizational and time management skills
► Analytical, great attention to details and problem-solving attitude
► Excellent written and verbal communication skills
► High initiative and ability to work independently
► English (fluent in spoken and written)
