We are seeking a proactive, organized, Office Manager to take a key role in organizing and managing our company’s office operations. The ideal candidate has experience in administrative management, financial record-keeping, and supporting teams in their daily tasks. Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing events and meetings.
- Double-entry bookkeeping and managing financial records.
- Preparing and managing company documentation, including reports and analyses.
- Handling HR documentation.
- Monitoring work organization and duties through the ERP system.
- Managing daily operations and team support.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting practices.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Availability to work on-site from 9 AM to 5 PM.

An eight-week remote internship with flexible working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). This is an unpaid internship, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience.
