PATIENT SAFETY INTERN

Purpose
As a Patient Safety Intern at Roche, you will support the local Patient Safety team by handling administrative and organizational tasks essential for maintaining compliance with pharmacovigilance processes. You will assist in document management, tracking safety data, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely reporting, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the safety system.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, scanning, and organizing safety-related documentation
- Ensure proper storage and naming of documents in compliance systems
- Support the update and maintenance of local safety tracking tools (e.g. follow-up status, submissions)
- Monitor shared inboxes for safety-related queries and flag to responsible PSP
- Assist in scheduling patient safety trainings, taking notes, and preparing training attendance records
- Help coordinate with other departments (e.g. Regulatory, Quality) to gather relevant safety documentation
Requirements & Qualifications
- Final year student in Medicine or Pharmacy
- Basic understanding of new therapeutic areas, digital health, and data-driven insights
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated, curious, and passionate about making a difference in patient outcomes
- Demonstrates customer-centric thinking, open-mindedness, and willingness to learn and develop
