Payroll Intern
(Serbia, remote-based role)

Key responsibilities:

  • Entering employee sick leave records into the system;
  • Updating and maintaining employee attendance records;
  • Processing and recording HR changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, status changes);
  • Performing other administrative tasks related to payroll preparation.

Candidate profile:

  • You are a fresh graduate or in your final year of studies;
  • You are comfortable working with numbers, have strong numerical skills, and pay close attention to detail;
  • You have a proactive attitude and are not afraid to dive into assigned tasks;
  • You have a good command of Microsoft Office and the English language;
  • Knowledge of the Slovenian language is considered an advantage.
