As a People Services Intern, you will support the People Services Team in day-to-day HR activities while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions. This is a learning-focused opportunity designed for someone proactive and eager to gain practical experience in a global People Team.
How you’ll go beyond:
- Support onboarding activities, including welcoming new employees and helping them settle in.
- Assist with improvements and implementation of HR processes.
- Help respond to general employee queries.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Help prepare and organize labor-related documentation.
- Assist with benefits administration tasks.
- Support main HR administrative tasks, including ensuring HRIS data accuracy.
What you bring to the table:
- A proactive, positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous internship or academic exposure to HR is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to take initiative and support the team where needed.
- Availability to attend the office at least once a week, with flexibility to come in more often depending on business needs.
