Reports to: Inspection Leader
Work Type: Full-time, shift work (including overnight work)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts and products according to control plan and inspection standards.
2. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and visual inspection aids.
3. Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports and internal systems.
4. Identify nonconforming products and initiate segregation and labeling procedures.
5. Support defect analysis and assist in root cause investigations when required.
6. Ensure inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
7. Follow all quality procedures and factory safety regulations.
8. Support customer audit / internal audit preparation when needed.
Qualifications:
1. Secondary school diploma (Level IV or above, technical background preferred).
2. Experience in manufacturing inspection / quality control is an advantage.
3. Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
4. Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required.
5. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
6. English is required, Chinese is a plus.
