Job description:
- Assist in the procurement process by preparing and processing purchase orders in SAP.
- Maintaining the database of suppliers
- Support tenders announcing and processing
- Communicate with suppliers and notifying bidders on tender outcome
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyse procurement data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic about learning and gaining experience in procurement.
