We are a Belgrade-based company looking for a Project Configuration Associate to aid our customers on clinical trial projects in partnership with our colleagues from the USA. We are a busy, high-volume but friendly environment that will suit an organized person with an eye for detail and plenty of team spirit. Your job would be the technical configuration of the project within the platform and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and produces the desired results. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
Responsibilities include
- Perform and control the technical project configuration on the platform based on client requests.
- Edit technical project configurations as needed based on client feedback.
- Test the configuration of studies and projects to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Create necessary supporting documentation regarding project configuration.
- Coordinate and control the implementation of project configurations.
- Provide technical support to an external team of project managers during project configuration planning.
- Participate in project configuration planning with an external team of project managers as needed.
- Coordinate and participate in the implementation of action plans for process improvements.
