Quality Engineer Pre-Production Electronics (m/f/d)

Your job specification:

Ensure customer satisfaction as well as internal and external process and product quality
Reduce quality-related losses (internal and external failure costs, scrap costs...) using analysis of failure parts and initiating shutdown measures
Create of predefined quality documents (for example, 8D reports, PDCA documentation, SAP quality notifications, product history, 4-field sheet, assembly sampling, quality round logs
Cause analysis based on the Brose Problem Management Process (naming, moderation and coordination of the problem-solving team), resulting in a technical assessment of the acceptance or non-acceptance by the customer
Make decisions independently on whether the charged costs are justified on the basis of the customer complaint and objection and, if necessary, initiation of the escalation process
