Job Description
- Supporting responsible purchasing quality manager in daily working tasks
- Handling of daily tasks in SAP (download of documentation, system checking, update of records)
- Participation in preventive quality planning in dedicated softwares
- Updating excel tables regularly
- Active participation in all regular meetings
- Supporting supplier negotiations and technical discussions
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences, etc
- Advanced Excell skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel, VBA is an advantage)
- Proactive and structured work
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Fluency in English
