Work Position: Receptionist
Workplace: CTPark Belgrade City, Megarska 9
Monday – Friday:
09:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Duties and responsibilities of the Employee:
Reception
- Managing company access cards (registration, issuing new ones, blocking, lending);
- Management and control of the reception-DRN email box;
- Manage the booking of meeting rooms both in our premises and in Wework's external premises in the DRN building. Checking and resolving conflict situations with meeting rooms
- Managing the parking booking system within our car parks in the DRN building and the National Theatre car park;
- Control of meeting rooms;
- Cleaning tables, taking away dishes after a visit, switching off IT equipment;
- Welcoming and introducing visitors, providing refreshments to visitors (coffee, water, …).
Arranging mail
- Receiving and sending domestic and foreign parcels, registering parcels, distribution to employees - Czech Post, DPD, PPL, Messenger;
- Internal mail CTP - receipt, registration, distribution and dispatch;
- Arranging accommodation in contracted hotels, tickets and air tickets for CTP employees;
- Cooperation with team assistants of other departments.
Employee should perform all of their job duties and responsibilities in accordance with CTP´s corporate culture and values, a summary of which is attached for reference as schedule 2.
