
EY Serbia is currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Receptionist.
Your key responsibilities:
- Work in SEF (retrieve invoices and e-dispatch notes)
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Welcome all clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, and courier deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Maintain and monitor our reservation system
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Excellent spoken and written English
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service experience and professional attire
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Good presentation skills
- Multitasking
