As a Receptionist at Kühne + Nagel, you are the first point of contact for our guests and colleagues, creating a professional and welcoming experience. You ensure smooth front-office operations and support internal teams through high-quality administrative and organizational tasks.
In this role, you will be responsible for: Provide administrative and reception support to Site Operations Management on a daily level; Greet and direct visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide basic information; Ensure adherence to security and access control procedures; Support documentation, reporting, and data entry while maintaining organized records in line with company procedures and legal regulations; Coordinate meeting room bookings, management calendars, and maintain guest lists; Organize travel arrangements for international visitors; Handle office supplies, logistics, and basic facility-related requests; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support ad-hoc management tasks and operational requirements
