Job Description
- Sourcing quality candidates through all channels with a particular focus on direct hiring (mostly production and warehouse workers, technicians etc.)
- Creating job advertisements and resume screening
- Developing an active pool of candidates who are ready to meet the organization needs and maintaining candidate database
- Scheduling and conducting competency-based interviews and participating in the assessment process
- Gathering employment documentation
- Collaboration with employment agencies and participating in job fairs
- Providing feedback to candidates and promoting a positive company image
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or last year student of Social Sciences or Faculty of Organizational Sciences
- Basic Excell skills
- Proactive and structured work
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Fluency in English
