We are looking for Intern Regulatory & Scientific Affairs Specialist with the following skills:
- Science Background (on the last year of bachelor's degree or with bachelor's degree )
- English + 1 additional foreign language of interest
- Accuracy, Attention to detail, Willing to work alone and in team.
- Fluent English (written/oral).
- Mastery of Excel
- Reading comprehension skills, analytic approach
- Self organization and time management skills
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
Key responsibilities:
- As a regulatory specialist, be responsible for the execution of one time tasks, assigned by a regulatory process owner, team leader or project manager, according to existing procedures and agreed timelines.
- As a regulatory specialist, be responsible for the execution of repeated, long standing tasks, assigned by a regulatory process owner, team leader or project manager, according to existing procedures and agreed timelines.
- Report on a weekly basis on their activities, raise issues and unclear points in procedures, bring examples and actively participate to team meetings.
Hierarchy and interactions:
- Reports to Regional Team Leader (EMEA Team Lead), within Regulatory & Scientific Affairs Department.
- In interaction with following departments: Support, Product & Design, Professional Services.
Missions:
Within the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team and in an international and multicultural environment, your mission as Intern consists of:
- Monitor regulatory food news and regulations
- Update products and databases with regulatory information
- Participate to product driven or customer driven projects
