We provide motor carriers and truck owners with reliable safety consulting services for their businesses. We help commercial businesses start from zero, grow and develop in a transportation company to its maximum potential. We are extremely dynamic and fast paced and we are seeking people who are willing to work hard and want to learn as well as grow in this industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of transportation safety regulations and standards set by relevant authorities such as the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), or other relevant agencies.
  • Safety Documentation:  Maintain safety DQ files and records. Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Safety Monitoring: Monitor all compliance items including physicals, licenses, random drug screens, annual reviews to ensure adherence at every operation. Monitoring trucks and trailers registration, annuals and permits.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments on safety-related information in transportation operations to ensure a coordinated approach to safety management.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Patient and able to manage inquiries and issues calmly and effectively.
  • Previous experience not required but beneficial.
