We are looking for Sales Assistants to help manage our growing workload.

Requirements:

No degree required.
Standard working hours: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central European Time, except when meetings must be accommodated in another time zone (e.g., Australia Time, Singapore Time, etc.).
Fluent in English.
A perfectionist when it comes to documentation.
Comfortable handling boring, repetitive tasks.
Proficient in working with Excel and Word for hours on end.
Happy to spend time improving boring procedures.
Enjoys communicating with people and is not shy.
Capable of engaging in small talk with clients.

Responsibilities:

Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes.
Conducting live demos for smaller clients completely independently.
Managing meetings with smaller clients.
Preparing and maintaining client-related documentation.
Improving internal processes and procedures.
Tracking new clients in the pipeline.
Continuously learning about our products and services.

This role begins with a two-month remote internship.

The internship is unpaid but provides a valuable opportunity to gain experience in the industry.

Upon completion, participants will receive either a professional reference or a job offer, depending on their performance and contributions during the program.
