
- Tracking, entering, modifying and executing orders in the SAP system
- Working with database, entering and updating information (Excel)
- Daily communication with customers
- Preparation of delivery reports
- Resolving requests and complaints regarding orders, deliveries, invoices and product availability
- Support in sales team activities
- Backlog management
- Close cooperation with finance and logistics departments
- Participation in customer analysis
- Preparation of credit notes and feedback documentation (SAP system)
- Preparation of customer sales statistics including bonuses (SAP system)
- ESI administration for customers (SAP system)
- Enrolled in the final year of studies or recently graduated with a Business or Economy background
Language Skills - Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, is mandatory
- Proficient in computer work and MS Office packages, particularly MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP would be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong communicational skills and a collaborative mindset
- Good analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
