WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
We are introducing the Sales Support role to ensure efficient administrative and operational support to the fuel sales team, with a strong focus on accurate documentation management, data maintenance, and smooth coordination across departments. In this position, you will act as a key point of support for daily sales operations, maintaining regular communication with sales representatives to facilitate information exchange and resolve operational matters in a timely manner.
You will work closely with the back-office team to ensure the proper and timely processing of documentation and other administrative tasks related to sales processes, while also coordinating with the logistics department to monitor deliveries, product availability, and address any potential delays or issues. Additionally, you will contribute to the preparation and development of sales plans and support the tracking of sales performance and targets.
The role also includes preparing sales reports and assisting in the analysis of sales data, enabling better decision-making and improved efficiency within the department. By ensuring accurate and timely flow of information between the sales team and other company functions, this position plays an important role in supporting overall sales effectiveness and operational alignment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Your Background: A fresh graduate, holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a fields of Economics or Organizational Sciences.
- Your Personality: A commercially minded professional with solid negotiation skills and the ability to stay organized and meet deadlines even under pressure.
- Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong.
- Language Skills: Advanced English; proficiency in any other language is considered an asset.
- Tech Savvy: Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet tools.
